Code 111 Stall

Code 111 Stall
I recently started having this little problem. After sitting all night, the first startup goes well for about 5 sec, then the check engine light flashes 3 times and the engine goes off. I'll restart immediately with no problem and then things are normal. Checked codes in memory, 172,173, 212. Any suggestions??

Not sure about the 111 at startup, that is a new one on me.
As for the others:
172 - Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean - Single Right or Rear HO2S
173 - Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was rich - Single Right or Rear HO2S
212 - Ignition TACH signal was erratic (module/wiring) or SPOUT circuit fault
Looks like you have a vacuum leak or your right O2 is toast. Also it looks like the Spout is unplugged or your Crank Position Sensor is on the way out.
As for the others:
