99 ext cab sub box q's

You may be stuck with 8' subs but with the right sub and amp it will aound great I have a Polk Audio 8" 200 w sub with a Profile 400w amp and I built a box that just fits under the drivers side rear seat and is just over the .35 cu ft needed for this speaker but if you have a few bucks to spend check out the Q-Logic boxes that fit under a Ford rear seat at crutchfield.com. I believe they will only fit an 8". If you need more punch get 2 8" and put them under the pass side Q-logic has a box for that too.
