Right above the air pump. Passenger side. I beleve it is also controlled by a couple of soleniods on the drivers side. Try searching TAD or TAB I think. Sorry I can't be more sure I am at work and don't have access to my Haynes. Plus I have a "rusty" Memory

I have this stupid tube that connects to the Y-pipe that always falls off. Could that be causing that code? I will reconnect that and see if I get any change. I need to find some way to keep it from falling off.

fallow that tube up behind the motor there is a small canister that deals with emissions crap. it has a vacum line going into it as well. they tend to fail or melt down. check that area. but its hard to see with out the upper intake off

So, it wouldn't be throwing that code for as simple a reason as that metal pipe not being connected to the Y pipe?
