Yup, thats probably the engine, swap the engine, hook up about 3 connectors and youre ready to roll. But like bighoss said, they come with oil and probably have been dyno'd! lol....
On the vibration, only reason I rule out the converter and flywheel is because the way this formula and the tool work, you use the o.d. of the diameter to figure whats vibrating. Its pretty hard to explain, but I could be wrong, havent had this problem before, so Im sure Ill learn from a mistake

so the tool reads the fore and aft vibration, instead of just one
that is what I just put mine in for and my dealership replaced an injector. at one point stuff in my console was bouncing out, because vibration was so bad. I would tell you that this fixed the problem, but I did not get a chance to drive more than a mile when I realized that something else was wrong and I had to take it back to service.
trip one.... hesitation and exhaust in cab
trip two.... huge vibration from motor
trip three... squealing noise from engine
when our first motor blew, it was replaced with a whole new "turbo to oil pan" motor. then the same problem happened again 7000 miles later, (same cylinder same side-effects). now theyre dropping another turbo to oil pan in.....
they still dont have the problem fixed- they put a new wiring harness and injectors in ( the works), but the same problem is showing up again. it may be a coinidence, but its highly doubtful.. anyone know what may be causing the problem outside of the ECM or wiring harness?
