Help w/ EGR Valve
my SES light came on so i took my '99 expo to auto zone to have them read the code. turns out i need to replace the EGR valve. AZ sells the part for $55. is this something that i can replace myself? how? where? i have the 4.6L engine.

Did you happen to write down the code number?
That would give us a better idea of the problem.
The actual EGR valve doesnt go bad too often. Usually the problem is the DPFE sensor or plugged EGR ports in the intake manifold.
