Problem with computer? help

Ok I get the same pop up on my computer even when I am not on the internet. Its title is RUNDLL. and it says with a X in a red circle "Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~2\inetkw.dll The specified module could not be found." What dose this mean. It is getting pretty annoying.

It is the code for the driver (DLL) for a RUN sequence for a program (Intern~2\inettkw)of which I don't recognise.
I wish I was more helpful.

Yeah was just lookin at that myself, that aside there aint a lot of info about this .dll file ..

Id do a full virus scan , download and run Spybot and Adaware , update both of these after you download .

See what that throws up !
