ICP help!

ICP help!
I just got the codes read on my '95 powerstroke and it gave me 4 different codes that deal with the ICP. The code numbers were 1211, 1212, 1280, 1282. Where can i locate this ICP and how do i test it. It seems that all the codes could be caused by a short from what I've read about them but could something else cause these codes? Any help with this would be welcome for it is really starting to frustrate me.

i dont know about testing it but the icp sensor is located on the very front of the drivers side cylinder head, angled toward the fuel filter canister. it is threaded into the cylinder heads cast in fuel rail.

I've played with the plug on the sensor and made sure it was tight and it fixed my problem. I didn't even have to replace the sensor and it runs great. I've been driving it for three days know and even towed my buddies 4x4 Chev pickup on a trailer without a problem! Thanks for all the help.
