No one is argueing about Ford cracking down on mods on diesel or gas. Sure that they are. But prong wear. Come on....to many variables there. A little burden of proof here.

Don't want to get burned? Don't dance next to the fire. Your choice.

I perfer to dance. You only go around once.

Yes this is the SD forum. You need to rev past 2000 rpm on a regular basis? You're in the wrong forum. I'm sure there are ricer sites you could go to.

n578md: You got a burr up your butt about PSD owners or something? Apparently this is a undesignated SD gasser forum.

Please have Moderator note so on the FORUMS page if that is the case. And the PSD guys won't waste therir time here. Or would that be you?

Thought this was open to Super Duties in general.

cause i run my 250 v10 over 2000 rpm i should go to a "ricer site". im thinking maybe you should be in a geriatric site. if you never go over 2000 rpm maybe its time to take off the training wheels. that elder user description you have is pretty apropriate. whats next geriatric guru

Time to throw some water on this impending flame-fest... before your friendly moderator does it for you...

Edit: My V10 sees 4800RPM at least once a week...

99f350sd "KW5413 Everyones welcome here.Unless you come across like you don't wanna be here.."

Where does that come from? Your statement interpeting that I "don't wanna be here" sure is welcoming. I don't know who you are and quite frankly, don't care much. I do know, however, that you cannot have a clue of who I am, what my thoughts are, and certainly not where I wanna be.

Instead of needlessly busting me why don't you try to say something constructive about the thread topic. Either way. Isn't that why this is called FORUM. Or is it this YOUR forum and I am tresspassing?

Contest a statement somebody makes and BINGO, game on I guess. What fun. Huh?

He just didn't like being called on his dubious post! We can post anywhere we want. You have to realize that some of these threads are inhabited by people of questionable lineage with handicaped mental processes. Take it easy on 'em. It will take some of 'em a week to figure out that "interpeting" is not a slur against rednecks.

...Agreed...I'll buy that...as it is important that everyone has an understanding that it always flows both ways in an environment such as this.

Thanks

As far as the topic was concerned There are still dealers who will install a chip or tuner and warrantee the truck.. I've read many threads concerning that over the years.

True, but remember that Ford holds the warranty, not the dealer. Ford is cracking down on dealers as well as owners.

Pin wear in a bunch of crap and would never be able to be proved by Ford.
Who ever buys into this is very naive. I would like to see some hard facts or cases of this.
