Bubbles In The Paint
I have a 1994 Ranger that is in great condition,today I found small rust spots and small bubbles in the paint next to the rust spots by the wheel well.Should I sand these bubbles and are they future rust spots if I don't take care of them?Thankyou,Louie.

Those small bubbles next to the rust spots are more than likely rust. Sand the entire area until you get to nothing but primer/paint. The bubbles will sand off easily. You want to work past them some to make sure you get the entire disease.
