Cool First Scratch On My New Truck

What is a good way to remove a scratch from the bed of my new truck(thanks to my wife)?I'ts deep enough to feel with your fingers and about 3 inches long.I just bought the truck (2004 SuperCrew)and I did'nt get that little bottle of paint they used to give you for scratches.Thanks,Louie.

I use the little bottle of paint and put it in an air brush. Very light sanding. If your paint is base coat top coat, I do both, not just the top.

I would say, if you have a truck and worry about scratching the bed (I assume you mean inside), then perhaps you should have someone put a bedliner in it? I don't mean some crappy plastic thing, find someone that will put in a quality spray in liner.

What they do is sand off the paint in the bed, and spray in a liner (usually black) that provides advantages such as: no worries about scratches (just renew the liner with a fresh coat), a slight texture to keep things from sliding around too much (and makes it easier to walk in it), and it plain looks nice if done well.
