Has any one here tried this device called the tornado air?? Does it actually help out the powerstroke. I was told by a guy here at work that he put on in his highlander and it increased his MPG by 3 MPG. There web sites say they have one for the 99+ powerstroke.
Never heard of that one, the only thing that I have seen that actually works is a TAG (Turbo Air Guide), I 've done some testing on them and they actually work like they say there supposed to. Alot of the cummings guys swear by them.

Hey CLK, I've done a little reading since your post. Do you now run the TAG? It seems possible that it would work. I'm always looking for possible upgrades to power and reliability.
I have a TAG in my truck, I have had it for about 1 1/2 years. I have been very pleased with the results from it for what it costs. You will loose a little boost on the gage like they claim but the throttle responce and spool up is noticeable. It is hard to say about the mileage I have estimated about .75 to 1 mpg increase.
BUT, the Tornado Air is basically unproven technology, i.e. SCAM at least that is the concensus from other forums that ai frequent for regularly for the petrol vehicle.
