Another "new" old Ford guy....
I'm new here having found the forum by GOOGLEing around looking to find an owner's manual for the '89 Bromco Eddie Bauer I picked up in February. Lucky find!
I've got two Broncos. My favorite is my '79 Custom with almost 750,000 miles on it. It's been every where between Colorado and Indiana; swapped the 351M for a rebuilt 400 in '90, third C6 rebuild, plus assorted replacement fuel pumps, alternators, starters, etc. as they wore out. My wife and the neighbors thought it too ugly because of the rust and primer spots, but it's the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned.
I broke down and picked up a second, the '89 Eddie Bauer. Boy, does it run sick (and I need help) but the neighbors and my wife think it looks just great! Oh, well!

I sure wish that '89 Bronco was as easy to maintain as my first '49 Merc!!!!!
