do you want this amp to power the door speakers, or do you want one to power subs, if you are huntin for one to power subs, i would reccomend an mtx thunder series, 6500d, it puts out close to 1200 watts, and it should be less than 500, mine was atleast, for door speakers, look for a 4 channel, something that puts out somewhere in the region of 30 60 watts a channel, not sure of what model mtx that is, but i have had my amp for over 3 years, and never missed a lick. the only amps that i would reccomend are mtx, kenwood, or rockford. seen too many sony and pioneer ams burn up, pioneer makes good cdplayers, but the amps leave a little to be desired, hope this helps.

check out soundstorm amps. they are cheap in price but are built really solid and don't introduce any noise. i would check out the soundstorm 250.4. just don't set the gain all the way, only around 30 or 40% that should keep all the noise out of your system. what are these going in?
