238/100 Injectors With Stock Turbo

I have a mint 96 ECLB 4X4 that I want to upgrade injectors on. Would like to run the stock turbo detuned for a while before upgrading to a T4 kit. Is this possible or ok?

I have exhaust, 6637, chip and tugger kit in trans for now. Will upgrade to efuel and the torque converter when doing injectors.

Ok, thanks.

How does the S366 compare to stock?

238/100 you need a s369 not a 366. And head studs, springs, push rods, efuel, IC,upgraded hpop, exh, intake, a much better trans than you have and the kitchen sink. Lol it'll be fun though!!

Thanks for the response. Yeah, I know it adds up quick. Was hoping to keep the power to around stage 1 level, until all the upgrade are complete.

I'm waiting until Nov to see if Irate has their sale to pick up the T4 kit and efuel. I park the truck in winter so I would have a few months to work on upgrades.

So, you don't think the E4OD will last with just converter and tugger kit?

Nice.
I have been thinking about doing what you're doing in a few years. That lifestyle looks better all the time.

if you want hybrids but not so much power maybe some 200/30s could do better. I would still say 369. The boost map is bad Azz and it's a Purdy Lil piece of hardware...,

I want the power, it's just the cost to support it that's the problem. lol

I was looking at the S369SXE and S467.7 kits. Any idea what boost levels a 369 would produce?

the price of supporting is no different either way. You will need everything and a really good trans. I can vouch for that. You will not get away with a shift kit and converter at this power level. 😂

after 3 years I have come to realize a bts is my next purchase. After my tow tune held and when we turned it up the power went away.... It was time. I looked into hard parts and I have to say for that money it's not worth it to find out you burnt it up again. I may not be the e4od master but after 20 years of trans building It not worth my time to try. When you get to 50+psi @nearly 1k lb/ft it's not play time
