Engine Oil Change Interval

I bought my 1995 PSD 4x4 regular cab used, and it didn't have a owner's manual with it. I have been changing the oil in it every 3000 or 3500 miles. Just out of curiosity what does Ford recomend for a oil change interval. Thanks

Every 5000 miles under normal conditions.

Engine Oil Change Interval

I change mine every 5000 kms (3000 miles). It may be a bit excessive, but it's better to spend a bit more now rather than a lot more later for an engine rebuild.
