oil change interval
I've been running the hell out of my 2014 E-250 work van w/ the 4.6 , I don't have the owners manual , so can some one tell me the oil change interval's.
I know its the Fl-820s filter / and 6Q of 5-20 oil .

Oil Change soon light is from 5% - 0% oil life which is based on how the computer is sensing your driving habits with the vehicle. For normal operating conditions its 7500k, for extreme (towing, heat, etc) its 5000 with proper oil.
