I know chevy's aren't this websites thing (or mine) but sadly my sister owns an '02 chevy trailblazer. she told me that her blinker has recently been getting stuck lit. ive seen it do it once but haven't been able to make it do it again. it blinks fine but all of a sudden it gets locked and it stays lit solid orange without any blinking. i checked the fuses and they are fine, and no bulbs are burnt out. on my truck the hazards get stuck on when the brake is pushed and maybe this has something to do with that or maybe it is shorting out somewhere. any ideas to what this could be? thanks
Does it do it in both directions or just one? I'd recheck the wiring to make sure it's not crossed or shorted. Feel free to fiddle with the wires when checking them. If you see any sparks, stop with the fiddling, and repair the wire properly with heat shrinkable butt connectors, or heat shrink with a soldered joint.
