one of the hubs on my 73 highboy fell off, it has the dana 44. a friend stepped up to help me and when he did, the hub fell off. no problems, but are they really just push on? i dont see any other way that they are on there.
anyhow, they are manual hubs, and it is the cab and body (two halves that require allen wrenches to seperate, in it is the plastic thing you turn) where is the lock ring? even the manual i have doesn't show anything holding it on.

ok, yesterday i found the snapring eld in the hub, i got it out without damaging anything, it just looks like it got too far in and allowed the hub to come out.
now to put it back together wouldn't i need to take the hub apart, put the part that the bolts go into first, install the snap ring, then bolt up the rest of the hub? and does anyone know what size of allen wrench the bolts take?
