Which pulley? The idlers are very easy to replace. One is on the top of front accessory mounts, and the other is under the tensioner. I have changed both (had to for the supercharger). I have yet to replace the tensioner itself, so I'm not sure on it. When you remove the belt, you can get to the top idler fairly easy, and the lower one can be gotten to from underneath the front end. I believe the top one is either 17 or 19mm, and the bottom is a 15mm bolt....
