Im tring to find out what the max is that you can bore out a 302 and not get the piston walls to thin . I have been told that you can take a 302 up to a 342 and not have any problems. If this is so where can I get a complete kit for this engine. Thanks 76 Rebuild

Nope, you can get a stroker crank and .030 over for 347. Get it bored .030. Max might be .060.
You can take a 302 with a stock stroke out to 307.655 or 308 cubic inches with an over bore of .040 like stevef100s mentioned. Its usually best to keep the bore minimal as possible, overheating conditions can occur othersiwe and boring the motor .030 won't exactly give you a lot of hp.
a 302 with a 3.25" stroker crank and standard bore will give you a 327ci with a .030 overbore you get 331 ci.
a 302 with a 3.4" stroker cank will get you the 342 cubic inches you mentioned with a stock bore. Take it out .030 and you get a 347 cubic inch motor. You could take it out .040 and get a 348 cubic inch motor, but again the added .010 overbore will net you little to nothing power wise and possibly set you up for overheating problems.
You can get these stroker kits anywhere..
summit racing 1-800-230-3030
jegs 1-800345-4545
paw performance 818-678-3000
and many many more...get a mustang magazine and flip through it, you'll see a few companies offering kits....try and stick to kits that use scat or eagle cranks, otherwise you might end up spending a small fortune to have the kit balanced. Good luck
