Heres a lil info to all you guys looking for a 6inch or higher lift and hopin to use ranchos groovy rsx's or the 9000...well i went in to order my lift to further progress on my truck and i found out that with my 6'' i cant get ranchos for it unless i do some custom fab. It seems rancho doesnt believe in a lift higher than 4'' so bye bye to self adjusting ranchos or the 9000's. Anyways jus thought id give you guys a heads up so you can ponder a different shock setup like i am right now.
Later guys,
Brian
yea im not sure what im gonna go with, i was lookin for self adjusters, i dont think skyjacker has em, i know edelbrock has em, but the adjustable procomps sorta caught my eye but i didnt remember price on em so i held off...so we're still in thought process here in the meantime
just crossed some numbers and the front shock for a 6 in superlift is part number 85141 which is the same shock used on the front of 61-71 Dodge 2wd 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks with a 0-2in lift which is the same as a Rancho RS99114
The rear is Superlift part# 85310 or the rear for a 77-79 F250 4wd with 2-4" lift or a RS99009
