Performer Intake Removal...without damage!!

..........I need some experienced ideas on the removal of an Edlebrock Performer intake manifold. I've tried putting a 2x4 cut inhalf up against the front flat face and tapping with a 2 pound hammer, but it didn't Budge. And, it only has 1 x 3\8" bolt hole to attach a lifting device Too. It, seems to be pretty well stuck. I , don't really know how strong this manifold IS, thanks for all informed respones, s.kuteman

1. Maybe nobody had any ideas?

2. Your posts were within 90 minutes of each other. How many people even saw them? I didn't.
