Carburetor Question

I have a 1978 f-150 with a 300 and the 1-barrel carb. I'm looking at buying a brand new carb for a 81-83 F-150, it a 1-barrel too. I just want to know if it is a direct bolt-on to my manifold. I noticed that the new carb has an electric choke, what would I have to do to make this electric choke work?

Thanks,
Jake

Just tap into the Stator wire from the back of the alternator. That is where the factory gets voltage to the choke.
