It could be. I haven't measured it yet. I guess this means I will be looking at a 4". My main reason is to lower egt's with my SCMT on the 80hp setting. I assume that after the heat disperses through the down pipe, the gasses should?? be noemal by the time they hit the rest of the plumbing....how close to being wrong am I?????

Quadzilla, I know your wish list is getting longer, but it seems to me that the mods already completed gets longer too!!!! Sounds like a bad PSD to me

Is a non-flattened downpipe just a bolt-on installation or do I have to start cutting and bending things to get clearance? My '97 F250 doesn't have a lot of room between the engine and firewall.

There is a lip where your firewall and body meet that may need to be trimmed or bent a little especially if you go with a larger downpipe, still nothing major.
