TT mirrors For S/D

I am wanting to change the mirrors on my X from the paddle type (heated/LED turn signal) To the TT style, I am almost positive that I have seen them with both heat and the LED style turn signals, However when I went to the dealer all they showed was the new type with the turn signal mounted outside the miror. Has anyone else seen or have mirrors on there truck like what I am looking for. They said if a gave them a vin from a truck that had them, they could probably get them for me.

Looking fo The TT style mirror with the LED turn signal and heated.

I've never seen mirrors like you are describing for the SD's or Excursions. I swapped out my mirrors for the heated/signal TT mirrors, but the signals are on the outside.
