Attempted theft
so some lowlife decides he is going to try to steal my Bronco last night from directly in front of Autozone. We walk out and he is hacking into the column. We convinced him it wasn't such a good idea and sent him on his way...Unfortunately my ignition is trashed, my column is all screwed up, the shift indicator is broken,...
I am planning on customizing the interior and have found Ididit columns online. My concern is that they all seem to be catered towards classic GM's. Has anyone ever done one of these swaps? Would it simply be a matter of splicing the Ford wiring harness in? What about concerns about clearances? Any help would be greatly apprecated. I am pretty clueless on this unfortunately. I have cut and pasted the info below if it helps.
Thanks All,
Jack
