Steering column
Any sugestions on what ididit steering column to go with for my 59 f100? They have so many options.... I will be usi2ng the PS conversion kit on my 59 and want a new column. Just plain steel or aluminum is fine with me. Cheaper is fine if I have to paint it. They have some columns they make a drop kit for which seems to be a good idea to me seeing ill have bucket seats from corbeau in my truck. Im confused as to figure out which length would be the best.... Im sure someone out there must have done a new column before that isn't stock.

I met the owner of Ididit at a car show and had the same question. He recommended the 1956 ford truck column. I bought it and have mocked it up in the cab, it looks and fits great. I haven't driven it yet but I don't expect any trouble.

Ok that's what my guess was. Now if I have like racing seats, with the ps set up, think itl work out ok?
