Not sure I understand your question, but if you are attempting to disable your speedometer, I don't think it can be done on modern vehicles because the computer needs input from the speed sensor to run the engine properly.
You can disable the speed limiter with a programmer. I had the opportunity, but didn't. Still kicking myself for that. Mine tops out at 102 and still feels strong up to that point.

In my case I was at the dealer. You can get OBD II programmers (assuming you have an OBD II vehicle) that will let you turn off the limiter. Unfortunately it is worth the price for me to buy it just for the limiter.
I would never keep it at that speed, but is nice to see what it will do. Never had it at above 90 for more than a minute. Speed rated tires are for extended high speed driving.
