Exhaust Upgrade

I am looking at upgrading the exhaust. Specifically to the Flowmaster Force II.

Is the exhaust on the 2003SD 5.4 Stainless? I am a little concerned about swapping aluminized in for an OEM stainless. I live in the northeast (roadsalt) and I don't want to replace the exhaust every two years.

Is this a good performing system? Is $272.00 a good price ?

here the cheapest way. i bought a magnaflow SS muffler and SS tip installed cost 150 and kept the factory pipes

Tar - I got mine from summit for 225. Mine's been on for a month now here in Boston with no problems. Easiest bolt on I've ever done. Only took 15 minutes, and that was pulling the old one off too.

The factory isn't stainless. I got my Flowmaster kit from summit for $180 plus I think $10 for shipping. It sounds good.

i've been using aluminized stuff for years never a problem, matter of fact i just had
a 3" 2 chamber flowmaster put on my f 250, used factory pipes $97 installed, nice mellow rumble, worked for me
