Shifter too short

I am going to body lift my Bronco II. I have a 5 speed and I'm very sure it's going to shrink when I do the lift. Does anyone have any idea about an aftermarket shifter to fix this problem?

Where ever you get your lift from should offer the exstentions you will need.I think that James Duff might have them.
