2000 explorer shift problem

I have a 2001 explorer that is doing the same thing. Is the TSB # the same for both years. The trans is 5r55e.

Hello I have a 2000 explorer with the same up shift problem, but it is intermittent. It has 114K on the odometer. I have replaced the transmission filter and fluid, but the problem returns.

Hello Gerry,
I have a 2000 explorer with an up shift problem from 1st to 2nd. It's not all the time. Could the same technical bulletin address this problem as well?
