The numbers you included in your post are all for 2001 parts.
Up until 02--when Ford largely changed their numbering system--a Ford part number gave a great deal of information. The first letter was for the decade--B for the 50's, C 60's, D 70's, E 80's, and F for the 90's. The next digit was the year of the decade, e.g. D9 would be 1979. The third character was the vehicle line the part was initially designed for. T for Truck, 7 for Ranger, A for LTD. The final character was Z for Ford and Y for Mercury. The base number was for that part alone--for example, all carbs were 9510. The final letters (or, letter-number combination) was for the design change. Motor Haven offers HP Books on Fords which explains the numbering system in quite good detail.
Too, there is a difference between a Ford service part number and the Motorcraft part number. A Motorcraft filter FL-1A is a Ford D7AZ-6731-A.
I do hope this will help you some.
