I'm not entirely sure that '65 was the same, but... for '66 the two-tone option could be had in any of the solid colours (except the "fleet" chrome yellow) with Wimbledon white. I believe the pure white, or refrigerator white, was not available in a two-tone combination, although you might see a truck painted that way.
My '66 is 8M-2, or yellow/white.
According to "Illustrated Facts and Feature Manual" there were 8 two tone combinations which include Wimbledon White and any other color except Chome Yellow, and Special White.
Not sure much help

my 65 C/C,C/S is one of the oddball tutone white rigs(CM)
As to the break areas of the 2 colors....thats pretty hard to explain in text....one of those things where a pic is worth a million bucks
if you got the trim the trim is break point for the sides and carries across inside of t/gate and also around t/gate jamb inside of bed.
Hood is under molding, where molding ends, it basicly goes straight under across inner flange of hood to edge.
Cab....roof and rear portion are same to body line across back and around into door jamb area.
anyone have any info on the different colors of the valance?
mine was silver, but seen other white rigs with it as body color.....also, if Im not mistaken, dash is color of upper color...corinthian white ...the more beigey white
Hope this helps, I did an extensive pic group of a 65 tutone...blue/white last yr....just no scanner to upload them
