Removal and Installation
Here's how you should remove it: From the shop manual:
1. Remove luggage compartment cover (45440) from retainer, if equipped.
2. Remove front door scuff plate (13208).
3. Remove liftgate scuff plate.
4. Remove front safety belt anchor bracket (612K54).
5. Remove rear seat belt anchor from B-pillar.
6. Remove side window latch.
7. Remove quarter trim panel (31012) attaching screws and pushpins. Remove body side trim panel.
For installation, follow removal procedures in reverse order. Make sure quarter trim panel is installed correctly over the door weatherstrip. Tighten front seat belt attachment-to-floor and rear seat belt anchor-to-B-pillar bolts to 30-40 N-m (22-30 lb-ft).
The subwoofer is in plain sight if you do everything correctly. Good luck!
