anyone heard from outgun.com users? I looked it up and syas Hong Kong, this guy wants to know my Mode of payment for and ad i placed because he "Am really in need of te car please do try and

i just got another "paypal" fake e-mail and i always get stuff where people want your information.
don't give out any information.
BTW did you hear that now people have figured out a way to fake money orders? yep they're taking a 1.00 and turning it into a 1,000.00 money order.

yeah check this out he just got back to me and said he wanted to send me a cashiers check!! Oh yeah and he's sending the truck to AFRICA!! Good thing i read the Scam Alert post two night ago about this stuff. What should i do now? anyone from that post help me? I want to try to catch the guy, i have a lot of law enforcment ties, as i am a firefighter and know lots of cops. Can they help or what?

get him!!! i would ask some of your pal's in law enforcement and contact your attorney general's office to see if they can assist you. our state attorney general's office helped me with a car i bought from a dealer and was scamed by the dealer.if you sold it on e-bay i'd contact them.
i wouldn't send him anything, and i'd call the deal off.
tell him you don't feel confortable, how can anyone say YOUR feelings are wrong?

i'm trying to get more info from him. I told him i prefer to do cash deals in person or Western Union Money orders only. So I told him i needed his mailing address to "mail" him pictures. I want to see if he bites and see if the cops out there would be able to track him down. I want to play with his mind. he hasn't said anythng about making it for over yet. who knows at least it'll be fun right?

i wouldn't take a western union money order, heck i wouldn't take anything but cash anymore.
contact your enforcement people and see what they say.
remember when you could take someone's check and it was all and good.what happened to our world?

Good luck trying to catch these guys. THey say they are from Africa, but more than likely they are currently in Germany or Holland, operating out of public internet cafes-- pretty impossible to trace. I'd just ignore the dude and move on.

I get several of the ebay/nigeria/paypal scam emails a day. Delete key does wonders.. ends the problem. I guess the best way to fight these guys is spreading the knowledge about these scams to others and hitting the delete key. It's nearly impossible to trace back.
