EXAMPLE;
We are performing maintenance blah blah blah...answer all these questions or your account will be terminated.
So, they do maintenance and YOU have to provide them a bunch of info in order to keep your account from being terminated. WHat if you were out of town for a few weeks? What if your computer was broken?
Myself, if I do not immediately recognize the sender, I delete the e-mail without even opening it.
I am tired of getting e-mails about stopping TOENAIL FUNGUS of all things !!!
Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
But, the spammers are really slick. The message will come like this (apparently to avoid spam filters)
Subject: st0p t0e na1l fun6us fast
I never have opened one so I don't even know if they really are about toenail fungus.
daryl looked in the properties like someone said and found out it was from france.

The problem is that some people just dont have the general knowlegde of the interent, young kids somethings or folks not of the computer generation that get taken by em. They aught to have a scam class that you can take before getting the internet.
We gave my grandmother a computer so she can email family and thats what were worried about, she may be able to pick up the idea of moving and clicking a mouse but I'm affriad that she may get taken by all these "click here to recieve your free gift" or "your computers in trouble click here to fix" it stuff.
i wouldn't worry ..............
people need jobs!
bremerton6
They are not the people out of legitimate work, they are crooks, plain a simple.
