i guess i posted the original message on the wrong board..97f351 4x4 460 e4od 3.55 235 70 16s i just took my first trip in this truck.that went anywhere.4000 mi,empty 2 axle car trailer out.loaded with 55 power wagon back.terrible shifts would not hold o.d. at any speed or grade or throttle input.4 grand shifts no shifts.some shifts were so hard thought windshield was going to break.wasnt much better going out.the odometer reads just 23k i ordered this thing to keep the last of fords great old square body style e.t.c but its history if i can't get this shifting thing straight.thanx eric
