well i had that happen to a 96 X i owned and the Tourque converter went the next day-- So be careful
I believe that when it blinks there is a DTC for the Tranny but instead of an MIL Check engine light it blinks--or something close to that--someone correct me if im wrong

You might want to do some searching here as there's lots of information about people who have had similar circumstances. It makes me feel very sad to read of these symptoms. Please search a bit and/or share more of the symptoms and what lead up to this condition.
