Floating Wrist pins

I am starting the build up of a play motor I am wanting to use KB uem-kb177030-8 They are 351c flat tops @ 9.5 to 1 well they come with floating wrist pins in which I would like to use but I do not know if I can considering I have to put bushing in the rods. What do you all think?

When you bush the rod you usually do use floating pins.

well the only set of KB pistons I have bought (were for a 302) came with the locks for floating pins, and I think you use the same pins as the pressed as they are only pressed into the rod but already float in the pistons

Here is a pic of a bushed rod and the KB149 we used. The only problem we have is with axels.

Seriously .. They work just fine. The Kid drives it like he stole it every day.

Snow Fighter:
Here is all I have. Hope this helps. Shows the spiral keeper.

Here is a top view after fly cutting the pistons for the .560 lift and before cleanup of the sharp edges.

More shots of the rod end.
