I can accumulate about 3-4 weeks a year, they cash you back to 80 hours at the end of the year if you have extra. I have 2 weeks saved now. Planning on using all of it this summer.

I earn 2.5 days of leave for every month that I work (in port OR out to sea)....Right now, I have about 30 days saved up. We can have a max of 60 days on the books before they MAKE us take leave. LOL

It varies, depends on the weather. Anywhere from 4-6 months.

25 years with the company this year earns me 32 days of vacation....but that's it...no matter how much longer I stay, I'll never get more than 32 days...but it beats unemployment.

I get a little over 4 weeks. I just hit 10 years at my company and instead of giving me an extra week off (like they used to), they gave me a digital camera. It's a pretty nice camera, but I'd rather have had the extra time....
