I recently purchased a 2001 F250 Crew Cab Short box- 4x4 with the V10 and 4.30 rear- Truck is basically brand new (2900 miles) and I love it. My question is that is appears as though the rear end sags a little making the truck not appear level. Maybe it's just an illusion being so long. Is this normal?? Not really a big deal, but I like the look of the truck being slightly pitched forward. Any thoughts??

You could try some helper springs in the rear, should lift the rear up an inch or two.
I wouldn't think your springs are bad being so new and so few miles.
The stock truck shouldn't be sagging in the rear. Did you happen to check to see if there was a leveling kit put on it or if the rear has a smaller block than normal? I believe that the stock F350 has a 4" block and the F250 has a 3" block.
Actually- I just did another visual and walkaround on the truck-
It appears to be pretty level front to back- however it's higher on drivers side vs. passenger. Not sure why- I actually put a level on it and its off enough to notice. What would cause that? How would I know if a leveling kit was put on? I purchased the truck used with only a few thousand miles. No evidence of accident damage.
What can be done to fix? I didn't buy it at Ford dealer but I have full warrenty. Is this something I could bring in to Ford dealer and would they remedy??
As far as being off from side to side, could be a number of things,
weaker spring on one side, bent frame, bent axle, etc.
You could get it on a frame machine and have them check it out to make sure all is straight.
Leveling kit for the SD's are either new springs or spring hangers.
Do your springs have the factory stamp or writing still on them?
You would notice the hangers if you had them, they would extend from the frame about 3".
You could take it to a dealer and see what they say, tell them how unhappy you are with the stance and maybe they will help you out.
