rv cam
2200 stall
tranny was rebuilt about 3 years ago abused alot!
still feels ok
still speed density.
will be converting to mass air in the next few weeks.
here are my choices
A: frpp wide ratio tranny kit with 2200-2400 non lock up converter
B: edelbrock truck intake 3841 and a custom grind comp cam.
both of these mods will run about the same cost
tranny kit 529.00 plus 220.00 for converter=749.00 can rebuild my self.
intake 469.00 cam 210.00=679.00 can install myself.
what do you guys think will give the most bang for the buck.
I agree with above, do you have or have you considered a custom chip for all those mods? Might be able to slip a more aggresive cam in there with the right chip. later
