is dynomax and flowtech like the same company because those headers look the same as mine and mine are flowtech i went will cheap headers to please the wife she couldnt see it my way of course.

was wondering if you knew about how much hp the c6 will eat up between the motor and the pavement? i was hopeing that at most it would be less than 30% becaus that does seem like alot of hp to loose

Not rude at all. Just thinkin big bore short stroke like the 427 and the 289. No, the 289 didn't make a lot of power but it performed well. How about a 427 and 428 side by side in indentical rigs, same weight and gears? Single 4bll, same heads, intake and cam. I would bet the 427 would win. I guess I was just thinking about how to obtain 427 performance with different combos. And yes I am crazy from time to time.

A 427 is a short stroke big bore engine. The 428 is a long stroke engine. They are designed for different applications.

I'd take the 428 for street use.
