You know thats a shame to have the attitude because you do that to the wrong person (like a big truck) and they could be picking you and your truck up with a spoon
I've always though about this subject whenever I am going down the road, some INCONSIDERATE SMOKER throws their butt out the window, and it bounces off the windshield of my truck (or car for that matter) - how would they like a lit M80 thrown in their car? I have found by experience that it is no fun getting burnt by that person's cigarette as it lands in my vehicle. Maybe someday when I can get my hands on a few M200's.......
And as for those who throw them out the window or on the ground, do you just drop them on the floor of your HOUSE when you finish that last drag? Why not? Don't you like to see the mess?
'nother question - why is it many smokers keep their heater set on the recirc mode? I get in those vehicles, cough, wind down the windows cause it is so musty/stale in there, and stick my head out the window so I can see since the windows are so smeared and hazy. I like that idea about cleaning the passenger side!

My Christain values and forum decorum forbide me from commenting on your mentality. But if you pull in front of my truck and slam on your brakes you might get taken out of the gene pool.

why do you people feel the need to retaliate the way you do over a measly cigarette? i dont want to argue, but i feel its stupid to go those lengths where you could possibly hurt someone by cutting them off or throwing m80s at them. thats insane.
i admit that i smoke. i keep it to a minimum though. im not irresponsible about it either, i make sure not to do it around someone who doesnt like it. you wouldnt know my trucks been smoked in either, i gurantee it. i always have the windows down no matter how cold it is when i do it.
i agree that smoking isnt a good thing. but thats a persons choice. people should be able to make there own choices even if they arent good ones and they shouldnt be singled out and be attacked in some way for that.

In NC if you slam on the brakes for no good reason and cause a wreck, the one that hit you won't be the only one getting a ticket.
Well those of you that never smoked don't understand that most of us would rather quit. We just happen to be hooked on the most addictive drug ever introduced to mankind. Most smokers will tell you they have tried the gum, tried the patches or even tried cold turkey. I have quit dozens of times, even for several weeks, but just can't get over the hump.
And while we are on the subject, what happened to all the settlement money? Of all the millions that every state got you would have thought they might apply it to the wound and offer some help to the smoker, since the money came from us anyway. But no, they buy a few anti-smoking ads on tv and dump the rest in the general fund and use it for something else. Of course with the amount of tax revenue they get from ciggys, they really don't want people to stop anyway. At least half of the cost of a pack is taxes and this is a huge cash cow they can always put the squeeze on without public outcry. Their justification is that we can quite, well hey, no we can't or most of us would

Smoking is a disgusting addiction that should be banned in all public places in doors and out. I am sick of the scum that flick their cigs out the window and start fires here lock them up
