The "average life" of a cigarette filter is oh . . . about 200 years, before it is *naturally* degraded back into "nothingness.

don't you love that scummy haze smoke leaves on the windshield?
a funny thing to do to a smoker is clean it all off the PASSENGER side of the windshield, boy do they get mad.
and I don't care what anyone says, I can smell it if a car has been smoked in more than twice.

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, so yeah i guess its ok for me to slam on the brakes in front of him. NC has a law that if you rear-end someone you automatically get the ticket. I guess smokers should think about that (not all smokers, only thoses who throw trash out the window).
