Hi and Welcome to the Forum!
Basically you need to remove the instrument cluster from the dash, and all the trim surrounding it. The bulbs are just a turn in type, on the backside of the cluster.
BTW you need to be gentle with the trim pieces and try not to force any thing.
The best reccomendation I can make is to pick up a haynes or a chilton manual for your truck if you havent already...this should be covered in the manual, or at least enough so that you could get out the instrument cluster.
