A single inlet dual outlet Flowmaster is a good choice. Sounds great on mine and looks great with the dual stainless tips coming out the rear.

Is your dual outlet Flowmaster much louder inside on the highway?

Gibson is a nice big cat back single muffler you should consier. E.g. Summit carries them. It is a complete stainless exhaust system and you won't have some mom and pop shop bend you up some ****ty system that will then dangle from the trucks behind like I see it way too often!

The Gibson piping is also the same route than factory, so you can still tow stuff and put a boat in the water.

My Flowmaster has a noticable rumble at highway speeds, but it isn't overbearing. You can still talk normally. The cats quieten it down alot.
There are prefabbed dual tailpipes that any muffler shop can get. Mine were prebent and fit perfectly. They are aluminized and won't rust for a long, long time.

I just put a new cat back system from Borla and have been happy with it. You can hear it when you are on the gas and when at cruising speeds, it's quiet like the stock exhaust. Great performance upgrade for my 98 reg. cab 4.6L STX.
