You should have no problem locating a loose spark plug
that's making noise
Common area for exhaust leaks are due to broken
manifold studs as ,bg7 mentioned, rear passenger side
Easiest seen from wheel well.

I looked and I can't find any loose spark plugs. So I think that it is the Manifold again.

Yup, the Tritons were terrible about it. I think they all get a leak sooner or later. For me it's not worth fixing. I just roll with it.

I guess so. My truck is 17 years old. Things tend to break.
