I just ordered a factory replacement steering wheel for my 1995 Bronco because I just wore the leather out on the old one. The '95 has an air bag in the steering wheel.
I figure that I'm going to have to invest in a steering wheel puller at the least. Can anyone offer advice or instructions on replacing the wheel?
I would say, just be carefull around that airbag, you don't want it going off in your hands. If you just unplug it, and handle it with care you should have no problems.
I also just bought a new one for my '94, but I've been hesitant to do the install because of the air bag.
I bought mine on Ebay for $85 -- brand new, still in the original Ford packaging. He's been selling them for a while. I'd like to know how he acquired them.
RVCams, does that guy stock the steering wheels? I don't see any for F150/Bronco...I need one badly for my '96. I stripped the leather a year ago and I'm tired of the whimpy wheel...want the stock one again.
