Man, at least in pics, that car looks really nice after cleanup. How did you shine up that paint w/flaking off clear coat?
the car wash soap I used did it. It's was really dry and the car wash made it look wet. We will see after the sun hits it again. And a lot of what I initially thought was bad paint was moss on the car. I have never washed a car that I thought was fairly clean to start with and end up with a bucket of water so dirty. It was unbelievable

Dodge look great Kevin. Makes me want to go see my Plymouth. Unfortunately mine won't clean up like yours. It drove when parked though. I should call in the Vice-Grips guy. It would make a great episode--Derek driving it out of the hay barn after 38 years in storage.
Are you keeping the Dodge?

keep the Dodge? Probably not. This car sat for almost 20 years. I got it running today and it was superb!
I just have way too many vehicles and I'm out of room. I have 12 days to do the brakes and whatever else needs done. I go in for surgery on the 16th and again on the 30th for carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. I'd like to be able to have it ready to list for sale before first surgery.
i drove to the my shop in the back yard todsy
